Bryce: Hi, this is Bryce with Liberty House, and I’m here with Mr. Miller. We just bought some rental properties from him and just wanted to ask you how your experience was with us.
Mr. Miller: Bryce, it was very seamless, to be very honest with you. When your lady called me, Pam … We talked, and she gathered information, and we talked some more. As it progressed, we got together on it and it worked out great for me.
Bryce: Okay, well I’m glad. Thanks that we were able to buy it. Was it hard for you dealing with us because we’re out of the area?
Mr. Miller: No, no, not really. It was really very seamless.
Bryce: I’m glad we were able to work it out and it was smooth. Anything else that you’d recommend?
Mr. Miller: Well, if you get an opportunity, these folks are for real. I think you’ll find that they were very fair in the prices that they gave me. There were a couple that I wanted to get a little bit more for, but after I analyzed it and it was an opportunity for me to dispose of all of it in one shot, it made it a little more attractive to me. That way, I could just make a clean break. Sometimes maybe only dealing with one owner, which is one thing, but in a multiple sale, it’s a little bit different.
