Q:  Will you be listing my house on the MLS or actually buying it?

Q:  How do you determine the price to offer on my house?
A:  This is also a reasonable thing to want to know. We are upfront and clear about how we determine values for properties. We will consider where the property is, how many repairs it needs, and what nearby houses have sold for recently.
